Refund policy
If you wish to exchange or return your topper, please notify us within 2 weeks after receiving the hair and return within 30 days of purchase. Only returned in the same condition as you received it. (not washed, not cut, not colored or altered in any way) You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the topper to us. Please ensure that the package is secure and for your protection we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.
If there is a problem with the integrity of the hair we will handle each case individually. We will need you to contact us, to go over any issues you might have. If we determine that the hair needs further testing we will have you return it to be tested by us. (We will send you a paid shipping label)
